Thank you to all those who had supported us throughout the development of Atomy Malaysia. We're proud to announce our Grand Opening on 17 November 2016! You are cordially invited to attend our Grand Opening ceremony.

Venue: Berjaya Time Square Hotel Manhattan Ballroom I, II, III, 14th floor, Berjaya Time Square Hotel, Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Please note that seats will be allocated as per below on a reservation basis,

• Each Leader Club member is eligible for 2 seats.
• The seats are transferrable, however if you are willing to attend yourself, please inform us before 14th Nov, so that we could allocate a special location for you.

2) Leaders Club Member
• Each Leader Club member is eligible for 2 seats.
• The seats are transferrable.
• Reservation method will be informed to club member.

3) Atomy Malaysia Band’s Member
• Each member can reserve 1 seat.
• Seat is transferrable so you may reserve the seat for your friend or family member.
• Reservation method will be informed on BAND Malaysia.

4) Attendance registration on the event day will start from 10:00AM to 1:30PM. Seats numbers will be assigned on the spot.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION of EDUCATION CENTER. With the following 

REQUIREMENTS;

> Must be an Atomy Philippine Verified Member.

> A duly signed RECOMMENDATION LETTER from ATOMY ROYAL LEADERS CLUB member.

> Size of an education center must be 80-180 sq. that can accommodate at least 20 people.

“PRE-AUTHORIZED CENTERS must meet Regular Center Establishment Qualifications within the period of agreement (6 months)”

REQUIREMENTS  IN ESTABLISHING A REGULAR EDUCATION CENTER 

> Applicant must be a Verified Member of Atomy Philippine Distribution Trading Inc.

> Applicant must achieve the Sales master for 3 (three) times in the recent 3 (three) months.

> Must obtain a location for Education Centre with a space(80-180sq meters) that can accommodate 20 people or more.

Download " MEMBERSHIP VERIFICATION FORM" and "PRINT" Fillup form and SIGN

GO TO www.atomy.kr/m/mload_ph

 click "CHOOSE FILE

Place your TIN CARD in the box of the FORM

For those who doesn't have TIN card, TIN Certification issued by BIR Philippines, for those who only have TIN Number. 

2) Download "E-mail verification form and fill up. (Only the TIN card holders will download “Mobile verification form" and do Mobile verification)
3) (Instead of doing mobile registration) Take a Photo or scan the following:
* BIR TIN Certification
* E-mail verification form. Put your Government issued ID Card on the form. (Picture and basic information must be shown in the ID card)
4) Send it through E-mail -> atomyph@atomy.kr
5) The verification will take 3-5 working days after submission. After the verification a confirmation mail will be sent to you.

Take a picture of the whole "FORM" icluding your TIN card.

HOW to register ATOMY PHILIPPINES ONLINE

1. Grand Opening Ceremony will be held on June 28. 2016 at SMX Convention Center.

1)On 28th of June, at 12:00pm, participants with “Reservation Number” can start registering and get their “WRIST BAND” at the “Registration Table” near the entrance. (the starting time of registration is subject to change)

2) At 1:40pm people without “Reservation Number” can start entering the function room.

2. Opening of Atomy Philippines website and Pre-member registration (www.atomy.com/ph)

1) The website will be open on June 29, 2016 at 9:00 am (Philippine standard time) only the registration will be opened.

2) Pre- member registration: Filipino who has a TIN card, foreigner who has a Philippine Permanent Residents Visa, and Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV).

-Register from the website then follow the process for mobile certification.

-The verification form must be filled and signed by the person who is applying for the membership.

-No other ID’s are needed.

3. Education Center

1)Must be a member of Atomy Philippines and reach sales master at least 3 times.

2) For 3 months, there must be at least 15 million PVs accumulated from the down lines per month.

3) The details will be announced on July.

4. Order/Payment/Shipment/Commission

1) The Online Shopping Mall will be open in August. (For now only the detergents will be launched because these doesn’t need FDA registration.) The other products will be launched step by step once they are registered at FDA. The skin care/beauty products will take around 3 months for it be registered.

2) Before the launching of main products (HemoHIM, Skin Care 6 System, Oral care, etc.) Atomy Philippine members can’t login on other Global Atomy websites

3) All the products in the Philippines have one price except HemoHIM.

4) Payment system- Credit cards and Cash deposits.

5) Member price will be confirmed after discussion

6) Shipment is just same as Korea - Delivery Service the fee for shipment for different regions will be announced on July.

7) The commission will be distributed through BDO Bank in the Philippines.

Others

1)The visitation of Atomy Philippines office is limited to 25 people so please reserve first before you visit the office. (Still negotiating to increase the no. of people to 50)

2) We are planning to have one day seminars in different regions (Manila, Cebu, Davao, etc.) in the month of July. We will announce through www.atomy.com when the schedule is confirmed.

4.     Registration begins Monday, May 23, 9:00 (Korea Standard Time)

Registration at the Venue. *Those who reside in the Philippines	You can register at the venue on the day of opening ceremony. (only one seat will be assigned per person on a first come first served basis.)
